At FourVision, she enjoys the contact she has with (potential) customers, making her a great fit for Pre-Sales consultancy. Her work consists of direct sales, but she also has a lot of contact with Microsoft, Microsoft partners and complementary ISV’s.
Ruth is optimistic about the future. She is intrigued by the rapid changes and Microsoft roadmap with reference to Human Resources and thinks this is an emerging area within the Microsoft stack. Features such as the integration with LinkedIn Talent Hub and our partnership with Phenom People excites her. Microsoft’s enhancement and transitioning of its Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources product with FourVision software offers a lot of new opportunities to be at the forefront of developing something special driving competitive Microsoft offerings competing with other enterprise HR solutions.
